Compatible. arrivo v8.0 is compatible with all major web browsers, including Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Opera. Intuitive and User Friendly. Careful design and extensive usability testing has made arrivo easy to learn and effortless to work with, thus improving the user experience and reducing helpdesk calls. User Console. With content that is easily updated and managed by the scheduling office staff, the User Console page keeps everyone informed of the newest changes and announcements from the scheduling department. Reservations Builder. Provides easy step-by-step creation of a media or equipment reservation. Automatic email notification keeps all parties informed of new or changed reservations. My Reservations. Enables instructors to easily check status of their upcoming reservations, or view their reservations history. Contact Information. Lists complete contact information, hours of operation, and any other pertinent information you wish. Content is easily updateable by the scheduling staff. Deployment Flexibility. arrivo can be hosted for you on our secure servers, or deployed to a server within your internal network. Authentication Options. arrivo can employ its own secure login form for user authentication, or it can take advantage of most any automatic user authentication mechanism employed within your internal network.
